Full Spectrum was founded by Misty Trogdon, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on small-business experience to the company. Her background spans the many moving pieces behind a business and the day-to-day challenges that don't always fall neatly into one role.
That experience shaped the way Full Spectrum works today: looking beyond individual tasks to understand the bigger picture, identifying what isn't working, creating better processes and stepping in where support can make the greatest impact.

Full Spectrum was built to do business differently.
Full Spectrum became an opportunity to take years of hands-on business experience and build something new — a company centered around helping other businesses work better.
In 2024, Full Spectrum celebrated its ribbon cutting with the Ankeny Area Chamber of Commerce, surrounded by family, friends and members of the local business community. It was an exciting milestone — and just the beginning of what Full Spectrum is becoming.

The infinity symbol represents the full spectrum of support a business may need — not just individual tasks, but the structure, clarity and systems that help everything work together.
The subtle break in the symbol is intentional. It represents an opening for change — the point where something can shift from reactive and overwhelming to supported and sustainable.
There's a personal meaning behind it, too.
The pink reflects breast cancer, and the shape subtly mirrors a ribbon — a chapter in founder Misty Trogdon's life that changed her perspective on work, leadership and what truly matters. Building Full Spectrum became part of what came next.
The symbol represents both sides of the company: the work we do for businesses and the reason behind doing it.
